1. Great service as soon as you walk through the door. You should feel that the focus is on you (the client) and that you will have a comfortable, enjoyable and professional experience with the Aesthetician providing the service.
2. Cleanliness. Look for organization, dust free shelves, brushes and implements out of sight or soaking in a disinfectant. Clean bottles and shelves in the work area.
3. Don’t be shy. Ask any questions you may need answered before or after your treatment
4. You should never feel rushed.
Getting the service and treatment that you deserve is important. If your expectations are met, let the Aesthetician know! If they are not met, also let the Aesthetician know!
